We share similar tastes. I've owned a dCS front end since the Elgar / Verdi combo came out in the early 2000's. Incomparable.

Best of luck with your setup. I've found that this front end / amp combo pairs really well with Transparent Audio interconnects.

Congrats ! I know that Vivaldi front end is singing. If you haven't tried it yet, better clock/AES cables really help. I've used Cardas and Transparent. Cardas are very reasonable bang for buck...Transparent is where I settled.

I had Transparent Reference XL digital cables on my Vivaldi stack for months as it was the defacto dCS standard.....

Then it was suggested I try Tellurium Q cables. Silver Diamond clock and AES/ebu's installed.....and still remain.....

I read few times that the ROSSINI (that I am contemplating a my next DAC) does support Tidal, Spotify Connect & Deezer, but... I do not see any mention of DEEZER in the Rossini's manual

--> Is DEEZER supported by Rossini (direct, not through airplay)

--> Will QOOBUZ be supported soon ?

    thanks in advance

Bertrand, I would give the MSB DAC’s a listen. I twice had the DCS Vivaldi 2.0 stack against the MSB Select II and it was no contest IMO. I’ve had two customers convert from DCS Vivaldi 2.0 to MSB Select II DAC’s. With the Reference, Premier and Discreet, MSB now touches many price points.

thanks mike for the advice but... the MSB Select (and the vivaldi) are not in the same price range than the dCS Rossini, which is the max budget I am ready to spend.

I had a Rossini, don’t recall Deezer support but they may have updated their support. I upgraded to a Vivaldi setup, and use Tidal via Roon and Qubuz via bubble upnp (served from my NAS) with the LUMIN app. That Qubuz setup should also work with the Rossini.
