ARC Ref 6 Limited Edition
I saw my local ARC’s distributor selling a “Limited Edition” Ref 6, the acrylic plate on this Ref 6 is showing the golden color words “Limited Edition”. I ask the salesman what are difference between a normal Ref 6 and LE Ref 6, and the salesman’s reply is it should be sounds better, I ask how and why it sound better, then the salesman is unable to give me answer. Does anybody know the answer?

Interesting, I see no mention anywhere about limited edition version of the Ref 6.

I don’t think ARC has released a limited edition Reference 6 preamp. There is no news of it on their website or anywhere else.

Another wild goose chase....

I upgraded the power supply on my Gigafoil v4 to a Weiss PSU 102. It’s very nice step up. But with the new model, you’re looking at $2000 before even investing in a SOTA linear power supply.
