845 vacuum tube recommendations that will not break the bank ...

I'm thinking about loading up Triode Corp TRX-M845 amps with better tubes, most likely the 845. I just saw these Shopia Electric tubes and wonder if anyone have any experience with these or Sophia Electric in general. I know Psvane or Elrog is an option but some can get pricey. I'd need a total of 6 new tubes and have been using the stock ones primarily and alternating with the stock 211s as well.

Any ideas? I could use at least 2 new 845s as driver tubes and use my 211 VT4C for now. Thoughts?

Joe, the Shuguang Natural Sound 845 did not break the bank and sound terrific in my Thoress amps.

Great. I have Natural Sound 211s but have not tried them yet.

I really enjoyed the Sophia Electric kt88-st on my quicksilver V4 monos. I sold the amps today but still kept these tubes.

So am I but they do tend to stress the bank though, particularly when you need two matched quads of them.
