yeah that happened to me last week - very easy fixT2
directly below the socket for the power cord - just use a flat blade screwdriver
you need a T5AL 250V

Re: Finally setup my Triode Corporation TRX-M845 Monoblocks ....
I'm guilty of blowing the fuses in my Vitus cdp also about 6 months ago. Silly me forgot to switch off the power while I was jiggling around the power cable to my player, which in turn caused an arc. But after swapping out of the two slow blow fuses, cleaning the carbon smell off the contacts & a precautionary check with my High End AE, all was well again. Actually I plan on upgrading the fuses to some nice Telos fuses shortly just 'cause i'm a mad audiophile! .

On the 845 tube you have the nipple protruding from the side just above the pins to assist with installing the tube.
Can i still use the tube if the nipple is missing?

Hi Brett,
Yes, thought I'd see if anyone else wants to enjoy these wonderful amps. My solid state gear is on almost all the time. I don't do that with these babies, so I have to plan my listening sessions.Last edited by joeinid; April 11, 2017 at 08:52 AM.
