This 1980 Teac RTR X-1000's drive belt had melted into black goo. It was well worth the effort to get the deck back to playing music.

The AU-7500 is a nice piece and has some value. Like most of the vintage stereo equipment it's probably in need of a service after 40+ years. Nothing wrong with the T-1000 but it has little value.
