    Re: New Raidho Cx.2 series

I can certainly understand that, I am just very happy to be a Raidho owner, and likely best if I never hear them on the Raidho stands.

    Re: New Raidho Cx.2 series

UPS truck just pulled away, delivering my Raidho C1.2s, it even says so on the nice new box. 13 days total time for the turnaround, including transit time. I have to say that I have been listening to my back up speakers, Kef Q300, and they have been enjoyable to listen to. We will see how the Radhos stack up. Will get them unpacked this afternoon.

13 days turn around is unbelievable. Can't wait to hear your impression. One thing I will say is those new tweeters will take about 350hrs to settle down (as good as they will sound out of the box).

They really did such a nice job. I'll post pictures later, nice to see the new tweeters. I have to say that the difference in sensitivity between the KEFs and the Raidho is significant. I don't really want to post any listening impression yet, I have only about an hour of listening on them but I will say that right out of the box they were not that impressive, but could tell after only an hour that things were beginning to loosen up and sound better.

Look forward to see some pictures.
You mention new ribbon tweeters ?
Is this the model that came out for maybe 3-4 years ago with the zig-zag pattern and protection grid, instead of the first version with straigt vertical lines ? Or is there an even newer version now?

    Re: New Raidho Cx.2 series

It's the current tweeter, I had the C1s with the older style. I'll post some photos soon. The surround on the woofer is noticably different as is the rear panel. I only have an hour on them so far. 😎

Ok, here they are. You can see the woofer surround is different. the back plate is different and the tweeter is the current version. I only have a couple of hours on them.
